William “Russ” Brown
Russ brings more than 40 years of real-estate experience spanning multifamily redevelopment, single-family rehabilitation, property ownership, brokerage, creative financing, and real-estate education. He provides the long-term development perspective and leadership behind Tecla’s Place.
Development Advisory Lead
Ray Lecky
Ray brings more than 15 years of construction and project experience, including structural renovation, finish carpentry, residential and commercial work, and land-development support. A licensed Class A contractor and founder of Amethyst Décor LLC, he contributes practical construction insight, compliance awareness, and redevelopment guidance to Tecla’s Place.
Development Advisory Lead
Sean Collins-Harris
Sean brings more than 15 years of residential and commercial construction experience. A licensed Class A contractor and founder of Applied Pressure LLC, he contributes expertise in construction management, infrastructure, adaptive reuse, quality execution, and compliance.
Project Director
Dana Robinson
Dana brings more than 30 years of client-facing real estate, sales, and operations experience. As Project Director, she coordinates schedules, vendors, records, and communication—keeping details, deadlines, and people aligned so the vision moves forward.
Licensed Broker & Consultant
Columbus Thomas
Columbus brings more than 25 years of real estate experience spanning brokerage, property management, sales, marketing, and real estate education. A licensed real estate broker and instructor, he has helped more than 1,500 aspiring professionals earn their real estate licenses since 2006. As a consultant to Tecla’s Place, he contributes trusted guidance in brokerage, property management, and redevelopment, helping shape informed decisions that support the organization’s long-term vision.
